Late For Life [USA]

Hey. Got some extremely rare stuff here for you.
It took me a lot of time and efforts to get all the discography and info.
ENJOY!

2001-2006 [RIP]
This was a band from Miami, Florida. Ska punk, ska-core with horns.
Some songs are too poppy for me, but "President Alone" from 2006 album is a totally awesome one!
Vocals and horn section is great. There are some other good songs to check out like Hometime Pride, Weiss,...
And cover for Depeche Mod "Enjoy The Silence" is a hit!
Just wish 2006 release was recorded in better quality..
Oh and there is a Raining Blood cover in 2004 EP for Slayer fans.

Drew - vocals, guitar; Justin - vocals, bass; Neil - trombone, vocals;
Dicky - saxophone; Nick - drums.

Skankshot [Germany]

These guys from Hamburg, Germany earlier played mainstream skapunk as The Sovereigns. Im glad they went into more interesting direction with Skankshot and their latest tape which i'm putting here. They are working on the full length album now and, hopefully, gonna release it in few months.

DOWNLOAD LINKS

Hey!
As you may have noticed, Mediafire suspended my account there.
So all the old links to 400 albums are dead.
I started reuploading everything on Minus.
Later on they stopped accepting archieves. So far the links are working, but can't upload there anymore. Half of the albums from 2009 posts have put on my Google Drive.

All posts are updated with new download links =)

OFFTOP: Home Destinations - Demo 2012

Hey. I've been busy with my band recently. A year ago we changed our name from Self Other to Home Destinations and a week ago we released this two track demo. It's mostly melodic hardcore, no ska-core there, but maybe, someone will be still interested in checking us out.

Dead Rejects [USA]

[post updated on November 12th 2012]

2012-PRESENT
Two guys from Bayonne/Jersey City, NJ who play crack rock. They got also a drummer for that EP.
First EP is very very nice! I'm not a huge coffee fan but i like the title of it and the idea. There is also a strong pop punk influence in the music, which must admit, i enjoyed too. And i liked all the tracks, even though You Make Me Sick has kinda too simple lyrics. Second EP, unfortunately, is not as catchy as the first one but definitely worth to check out.

Members:
Shane Sparacello - vocals/guitar, Adam Cichocki - drums/bass, Joey Dwyer - bass.

Blame The Name [Canada]

2006-PRESENT
Crack rock band from Sherbrooke/Montréal, Quebec. Well.. They are truly into DIY, guys self-released all 3 albums. Few of you may have heard them on a comp "Fuck Yourself World Wide" with a pretty nice track Take The Blame (from Do Well In Abuse). Finally, got my hands on the latest release. Its good, strange no one have scrobbled it yet on last.fm. Check em out.

Members:
Youric - vocals; Jf - guitar; Wawa - bass; Savage - drums.

Smackjoint [UK]

2006-PRESENT
Ska-core band from Colchester/Ipswich, England. In the end of last year they released a pretty strong The PostGenericSkaCoreDubFusion E.P. Very interesting and rich sound. Its hard to find weak points. Just sad only three tracks. If u like Random Hand, The Junk, Harijan ud like them. They definitely deserve more listeners. And we need that long-play out! =)

"Smackjoint has been a concept for many years but took it's first form in 2006 as a 4-piece playing shows around Suffolk, UK. As this line-up "The SkacoreThrashPunk E.P" was created. After a few more years in 2009 Jim and Ben were enlisted into the band; introducing the opportunity to include the Horn-lines that were always destined to be in the tracks and free up front-man Stanley from the Bass. After a further 2 years of perfecting the songs and gigging the scene, Smackjoint decided to record the 3 track "The PostGenericSkacoreDubFusion E.P" with Peter Miles (Who produced such bands as The Skints, Random Hand, Sonic Boom Six and The King Blues) and started reaching out Nationally. Now with a Trombone player on the sidelines Smackjoint are writing a 10 Track L.P due for summer 2012."

 Members:
Stanley Bludfire - vocals; Petey von Reilly - guitar, vocals; Lonagon - guitar, vocals;
Jimbo prime - bass; Joshurawr - trombone; Ben Jammin' - sax; Henry Warclart - drums

Harijan [UK]

2004-2010 [RIP]
This was a brilliant band from Manchester.
They shared few members with The Fractions. Played ska-core with a strong horn section.
Tracks from the split are the best.
I wish i could get all their older stuff somewhere and in better quality than 96.

Members:
Mike Corrigan - vocals; Rick Hill - guitar; Andrew Williamson - guitar; Ian Eccles - bass;
Alex Dowson - trumpet, Robert Garstang - alto saxophone, Joe Tatton - trombone;

Angry Ska revival

Hey everyone here. Happy New Year or something like that!
I missed u, mates. Hope most of u still around. How are u doing!? Good?

 My life is getting tougher and tougher, but i feel worse without being involved in this Angry Ska shit.
 Im proud that the blog has 100 followers now =))
 I'll try to reanimate it once again and to keep your ears busy for a while.
Hopefully, during this winter u will not be bored.
 Still hundreds of bands can be put here.
 The main problems are: lack of free time, my laziness and getting info and permissions from the artists.
 What else to tell.. In november I brought awesome Wanted One-Armed Bandits to my city and to my surprise it was quite successful. Now Random Hand should come this april. Can't wait.

 Love ya,
Ant

Lisabi [Brazil]

2010-PRESENT
Campinas, Sao Paolo. Remember Atomic Nachos? Soon after releasing demo they disbanded and this band was formed. Sound is quite different, sweeter. Sometimes still reminds of The Good Skamaritans. I don't like those slow parts of the songs, music of Atomic Nachos was more to my taste. But i believe fans of BTMI style ska punk would love them. Fred Phelps: American Terrorist is an awesome song!

Members:
André Cardoso - bass, vocals; Matheus Fattori - guitar, vocals; Mateo Piracés - guitar, vocals;
Gabriel Slenes - trumpet, vocals; Max Maiken - saxophone; Sebastián Piracés - drums.
